Forest Hills Gelato. I had my first experience of real Italian gelato on holiday in Florence. My mind was blown and I have been hooked ever since.
I had the idea for Forest Hills in Spring 2020, when the UK was on lockdown. I bought a batch freezer, took some online courses with the Gelato University in Bologna, and began experimenting and developing my recipes.
In the Spring of 2021, I bought our gelato bike, and with help from my sister we started selling at events and markets
