La Tartiflette

You don’t need to be on a ski slope to enjoy delicious, comforting, french food. La Tartiflette supplies authentic dishes, cooked on site in giants pans by distinguished Jean Pierre.

La Tartiflette originated in the French Alps. It was created by the makers of one of the main ingredients, Reblochon cheese, a pungent rind-washed cheese perfect for melting and smells divine!

The classic dish is a popular part of ‘après ski’ and has become world famous. Hearty, and very filling, we think it’s a dish that can be served all year round.

Be it snow, rain or shine, La Tartiflette has served hundreds of portions of this delicious combination of potatoes, reblochon, herbs, bacon and white wine to many satisfied feasters!

Though, traditionally cooked with lardons, they didn’t want the veggies to miss out, so they created a scrumptious veggie option with mushrooms & truffle oil. All that’s left is a couple of cornichons & a glass of crisp white white. Voila!
