West Norwood Feast returns Sunday 1 December 10am-4pm!

Well folks it’s that time of the year, winter is definitely upon us, and the last Feast of 2024 is on Sunday. We will have over 70 stalls and lots of ideas for Christmas presents. We have four bands playing by the church steps and four choirs singing at Village Green (by the leisure centre).

Local artisans will be selling their handcrafted items at the Village Green hub by the Leisure Centre, alongside mulled drinks, live music, free kids’ craft activities, coffee, newspapers and more.

Fresh n’ Green with all your favourite fresh produce stalls will be outside the PictureHouse.

You can also tuck in to tasty hot food, grab a drink or devour a slice of cake at the Food Fair at St Luke’s Church gardens.

West Norwood is going to be busy this Christmas. Join us at the West Norwood Feast Christmas Market – inside and outside West Norwood library on Saturday 7 December, 11am-3pm – for gifts, live music & free kids activities in the community room!

FRESH N GREEN 

Come find local traders selling fresh produce at Fresh n Green outside the West Norwood PictureHouse, including:

  • Teddy Locks for luxury, sustainable socks – the perfect gift
  • Love Fermented naturally fermented & unpasteurised jars of delicious goodness
  • Fruition Preserves for delicious homemade sauces, compotes, preserves and granola


FOOD FAIR 

Food Fair in St Luke’s gardens has a great choice of tasty street food from around the world, with 20 different stalls to choose from, not to mention a huge choice of sweet treats to tempt you. All the usual Food Fair traders will be there for you to find your favourites or try something new!

  • Sweet Carolina for yummy cakes & well-stocked Bar offerings
  • Mean Green vegan salads and patties
  • DIPSTICKS LDN will be serving big, fresh, melty, homemade mozzarella sticks, with delicious dips
  • Tea & Talk: Free Tea, coffee and cake for anyone who just wants a chat, and a sit down


VILLAGE GREEN (including Artisans)

Join us at our expanded Village Green site starting at Devane Way, opposite West Norwood Station, and continuing up to West Norwood Leisure Centre. We’ll have live music and kids’ craft activities to keep the little ones busy from 11am to 3pm.

We’re excited to welcome over 30 of our favourite local designer/maker artisan traders this month, with their huge range of handmade and unique items, including:

FREE ENTERTAINMENT 

Again, we have two live music spots this month! We have four (yes, four!) choirs singing at Village Green and four acts by the church steps.

Village Green choirs from 11.30:

  • 11:30: Dan Maitland Choir
  • 12:30: Renegade Choir
  • 13:30: Tongue and Groove Choir
  • 14:30: One Tree Hill Choir

St Luke’s Church steps from 12.00, 4 live acts:

  • 12pm: Jeannette Murphy Fabulous singer songwriter with an amazing voice – SE27s answer to Tracy Chapman
  • 1pm: 49ers High energy ska and new wave covers from the 70s and 80s
  • 2pm: Christian Cauduro plays his own brand of rock originals
  • 3pm: Careless Grunge band playing Nirvana and Black Sabbath covers, comprising of pupils from a local primary school
