There are three marketplace hubs where food traders can apply: Food Fair, Fresh ‘n’ Green and Village Green, each with its own focus. Food stalls include prepared food,drink and food produce.
Please note that in some cases, we have an oversupply of particular types of stall and in most cases we do not have space for traders who use vehicles.
Food Fair
At Food Fair, we have a focus wide on hot food stalls and do require our traders to use gas not electricity. From June – Dec 2024 – we are full and not accepting new food traders.

Fresh ‘n’ Green has a variety of stalls with the emphasis on good quality fresh produce (meat, fruit & veg, cheese, olives, fish, bread) sourced from local producers where possible. Our aim is that people can now do a week’s shopping at Feast and from local shops. We also feature pickles, preserves, plants and flowers.

Village Green
Based outside the Health & Leisure Centre, Village Green has a variety of stalls selling retro and handmade goods, beauty products, clothing and vintage curios, as well as food and drink stalls.

Please read these Trader Guidelines when you apply, and if you are a food trader, this checklist too.
To be a Food Trader at West Norwood Feast you are required to register with Lambeth Food Safety team and complete their questionnaire with supporting documents. This is provided by Hub leaders and if you regularly trade with us you will need to complete this on a yearly basis in January. Without Lambeth approval you will not be able to trade at Feast.
Payment details will be sent to you once your stall booking is confirmed.

Once your form is submitted, it will go directly to the hub you have applied to. Please note that due to the high number of applications received, it may take time to reply. And if you have not heard from us, do email us and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as we can. Some Hubs operate a waiting list and the Hub Leaders will let you know about this.
West Norwood Feast will retain the data you send us and use it only to contact you about trading at Feast
