Apply for a Food Stall

If you’re interested in having a food stall, please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. This will be forwarded to the Volunteer Hub Leader(s) responsible for the Hub you apply to. If you would like to apply for a non-food stall please fill out the form on the Apply for a Stall page.

There are three marketplace hubs where food traders can apply: Food Fair, Fresh ‘n’ Green and Village Green, each with its own focus. Food Stalls include prepared food and food produce. Please note that in some cases, we have an oversupply of particular types of stall and in most cases we do not have space for traders who use vehicles.

Food Fair
We like a wide variety of hot food stalls and require our traders to use gas. Looking for stalls that are original and different. We are not taking applications for cake stalls.

For any hub questions please email the volunteer team at food@westnorwoodfeast.com

If you’d like to trade at this hub, please go to the bottom of this page and fill in the form.

Fresh ‘n’ Green

Fresh ‘n’ Green has a variety of stalls with the emphasis on good quality fresh produce (meat, fruit & veg, cheese, olives, fish, bread) sourced from local producers where possible. Our aim is that people can now do a week’s shopping at Feast and from local shops. We also feature pickles, preserves, plants and flowers.

For any hub questions please email the volunteer team at freshngreen@westnorwoodfeast.com

If you’d like to trade at this hub, please go to the bottom of this page and fill in the form.

Village Green
Based outside the Health & Leisure Centre, Village Green has a variety of stalls selling retro and handmade goods, beauty products, clothing and vintage curios, as well as food and drink stalls.

For any hub questions please email the volunteer team at villagegreen@westnorwoodfeast.com

If you’d like to trade at this hub, please go to the bottom of this page and fill in the form.

Please read these Trader Guidelines when you apply, and if you are a food trader, this checklist too.
