Apply for a Food Stall

If you’re interested in having a food stall,  please fill out the form at the bottom of this page. This goes to the relevant Volunteer Hub Leaders. For any non-food stalls please fill out the form on Apply for a Stall page.

There are three marketplace hubs where food traders can apply: Food Fair, Fresh ‘n’ Green and Artisans Market, each with its own focus. Food stalls include prepared food, drink and food produce. Please note that in some cases, we have an oversupply of particular types of stall and in most cases we do not have space for traders who use vehicles.

Food Fair

At Food Fair, our focus is on having a wide variety of hot food stalls and require our traders to use gas. For any hub questions please email the volunteer team at food@westnorwoodfeast.com

If you’d like to trade at this hub, please go to the bottom of this page and fill in the form. A waiting list is in place for this hub. Please email the hub first to find out if we have any spaces available.

Fresh ‘n’ Green

Fresh ‘n’ Green has a variety of stalls with the emphasis on good quality fresh produce (meat, fruit & veg, cheese, olives, fish, bread) sourced from local producers where possible. Our aim is that people can now do a week’s shopping at Feast and from local shops. We also feature pickles, preserves, plants and flowers.

For any hub questions please email the volunteer team at freshngreen@westnorwoodfeast.com

If you’d like to trade at this hub, please go to the bottom of this page and fill in the form.

Artisans Market

As well as non-food stalls, Artisans Market also has  a limited number of food and drink stalls.

If you’d like to trade Food at this hub, please go to the bottom of this page and fill in the form.

If you have a question about this hub please email the volunteer team at artisans@westnorwoodfeast.com

Please read these Trader Guidelines when you apply, and if you are a food trader, this checklist too.

To be a Food Trader at West Norwood Feast you are required to register with Lambeth Food Safety team and complete their questionnaire with supporting documents. This is provided by Hub leaders and if you regularly trade with us you will need to complete this on a yearly basis in January. Without Lambeth approval you will not be able to trade at Feast.

Payment details will be sent to you once your stall booking is confirmed.

At time of writing (30/01/2025) cost of food stalls are:

Food Fair: Hot food: £75, Cakes: £72
Fresh n Green: £50
Artisans Market: Food traders: £55
Note: All charges are for Gazebos only. Table hire: £5 per table. You are welcome to bring your own table.

Once your form is submitted, it will go directly to the hub you have applied to. Please note that due to the high number of applications received, it may take time to reply. And if you have not heard from us, do email us and we will endeavour to respond as quickly as we can. Some hubs operate a waiting list and the Hub Leaders will let you know about this.

Please do provide detailed information as it gives a better idea of how well you could fit into Feast.
