West Norwood Feast – Free Community Stall Agreement 2020
Welcome to West Norwood Feast Community Stall which is offered free to local organisations that are non-profit making, non politically or religiously affiliated and benefit the people of West Norwood.
National charities and organisations can be considered for a free stall if they have a local presence and can show the benefit for the local community.
Please request which hub (Village Green by the Leisure Centre or Food Fair by St Luke’s) and Feast date you would like to be situated at and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please note that we will offer a gazebo and a table but this may have to be shared with other groups as necessary.
By taking a Community Stall you and your organisation agrees to the following:
- That you will not sell any goods. Collection of donations is allowed with permission from Feast Community Stall Coordinator.
- To attend from 10 am for set up and stay until 4pm.
- To provide adequate staff and volunteers for the stall.
- To give notice of non-attendance at least 3 days prior to Feast day.
Please fill in the below form and we will get back to you.
West Norwood Feast will retain the data you send us and use it only to contact you about taking a community stall
