The Spring Festival is brought to you by local community and business groups – West Norwood Feast, Station to Station and Norwood Forum. It features a variety of FREE family friendly events to welcome back visitors to our High Street, with funding through Lambeth Council from the Welcome Back Fund.

Part of England’s largest network of health walking schemes – helping people across the country lead a more active lifestyle.

Booking essential as numbers are limited. The Green Planet on our doorstep! Join this guided hands-on plant walk over Peabody Hill as we discover more about the secret life of the plants all around us – the useful ones, the deadly ones – and the ones we can eat! Great views from the hill too!
Peabody Hill is a Borough Site of Importance for Nature Conservation.
This event is suitable for all ages!

Come prepared to get dirty and help get Tivoli Park and Knights Hill Wood clean and tidy for Spring. This is an extremely family friendly event for all ages and there is no need to book – just turn up.
Meeting point by Knights Hill entrance of Tivoli Park at 1pm.

#TasteTulseHill as we visit local shops, cafés, and restaurants. We will visit six different local shops, cafes and restaurants, hear from their owners and get to taste some of their food as well!

FREE! With games and face painting (accompanied under 11s). No booking, required, just turn up. Party dress encouraged, all your favourite singalong songs, funny games and discotastic face painting.

A selection of businesses along Norwood High St will be hosting artworks created by local artists and students from the Norwood School. At the end of the walk you can join a Kite Making Workshop at the Hope Pub, courtesy of Freddie Adamson. To join the guided walk, meet us outside the South London Theatre at 2pm.

There's lots going on at West Norwood's first ever Green Fair. Come along to find ethical businesses selling eco-friendly products, recycled and vintage items. Find information about how you can be more 'green', take up local volunteering opportunities and drop off children's clothes for the Baby & Child Clothes Swap on Sunday. And if that isn't exciting enough, we have some live music and free refreshments.

What Tree is That? Guided tree identification walk at Tivoli Park and Knights Hill Wood. No need to book – just turn up.

Meet at the Hungry Hippo Cafe in Norwood Park dressed warmly for an evening tracking bats with maybe a little bit of muddiness thrown in. Learn about the life of bats; discover fun facts while we use bat detectors to listen for – and hopefully see them – as they swoop by.
