FREE tea & cakes for our VIPs (very important pensioners) at Artisans’ Market
The Tea & Talk Table is open very Feast day, 11am-3pm, at the Artisans Market along Chatsworth Way.
It was set up initially so that older people in the community could enjoy Feast in an accessible space, a little away from the hurly burly (and the steep hills!)
Each Feast, volunteers sit at a table and older people come and join them for a chat, a free cuppa and piece of (volunteer baked) cake. Tea & Talk is a warm, friendly space where older people can come for company and to be listened to.
