Fruition is a local, home-based preserves business, located in Casewick Road, West Norwood. Established in 2014, I have been supplying my loyal customers in South London with a range of high quality preserves for over 10 years. I make a range of healthy, low-sugar, natural fruit compotes and ketchups, award winning marmalades and granola which are all made the old fashioned way in small batches in my home kitchen.
I also make a popular range of limited edition Christmas products including Quince Jelly and my locally famous Xmas puddings (including a vegan version). I cook carefully selected fruits when they are in season, using natural and traditional preserving methods; no artificial preservatives or flavourings.
Primary ingredients are selected with the utmost care and sourced locally wherever possible from farms in Kent and Sussex. My micro business is based on low environmental impact and sustainability principles; keeping food miles low, reuse of bottles and jars and minimal use of plastics . I love making wholesome food and selling amongst the community in which I live.
