It’s no April Fool, Feast is back! This Sunday is ‘Feaster’ Sunday with a whole host of free activities and entertainment to mark the long weekend. Find out what this month has to offer.
Easter chick stick puppet making with The South London Play Partners, and take part in the 3D Easter trail in ‘Chick Land’ created by the young artists of Portico Bloom. Plus craft, art, clothing, fantastic food and drink stalls with an emphasis on families, healthy living and affordability – plus WiNGiT: an under 21 open mic performance space and The Rock926.fm DJs.
Located on Chatsworth Way, the Artisans’ Market is home to arts, crafts and clothing from local designers. This month sees the return of popular organic childrenswear from Nics & Bees, plus Julia McKenzie with her laser cut prints and drawings. At Sally’s Art Table, kids will have a chance to decorate a paper Easter egg to help create the giant Feast egg on display!
Stock up on deli treats including olives, cheese and preserves, plus Drum & Kernel, one of Feast’s most popular stalls, will be back selling their infamous giant bags of popcorn
Easter gets a Feast makeover in the form of delicious delights from firm favourites. Brett & Bailey will be serving up an enormous speckled egg cake along with some semlor from Sweden, while you can expect some Easter themed treats from Bunting & Pops and Sweet Carolina. Meanwhile you can fill up on Brazillian sweets from Aqua na Boca too.

West Norwood Wonder is a venture to help identify local spaces for community arts projects and recruit local artists to lead them. Abigail Sudbury and her West Norwood Voices are joining up with PoetrySlabs to perform ‘In Our Time: Words and Music for a World Turned Upside-Down’ at the Portico Gallery. Expect poetry by classics like Nelly Sachs, WH Auden and Louis MacNeice, and music from the greats; Beethoven, Mozart, Handel and more.
