Well, we asked, and you delivered.
The Feasties have spoken and chosen a winner for the shutter art competition – congratulations Tania Jackson! Tania’s clean line illustration of some of West Norwood’s most iconic buildings was the design that received the most votes and will go forward for production across the four Adarshi Pharmacy shutters on Norwood Road, by the end of July.
Feast would like to thank all the designers who took the time to submit their designs for consideration, but especially the other finalists, Chris Andrew and Ben Watts for being good sports and thrashing it out over an online vote.
Thank you also to all you who took the time to vote and comment and share the link so we could cast the net wide.
Feast got involved as our mission is ‘to make West Norwood an even better place to live.’ We like to help, we like to make good things happen and find reasons to celebrate our eclectic neighbourhood. We are pleased that the winning design reflects a little local character and creates another good reason to put West Norwood on the map.
We believe in Lambeth’s vision of being a collaborative council and we are proud to be part of their journey in getting there.
