Make the most of the last Feast of the summer by visiting us this Sunday. All five hubs have plenty of action to keep the whole family entertained!
For grown ups: having a clear out? Veolia are bringing their ‘WEEE Waste‘ truck this Sunday. This is your opportunity to get rid of your unwanted TV, toaster, radio – broken or not – safely and responsibly. Find them at the Family Hub.
For kids: At the Family Hub, South Lambeth Play Partners have got plenty of animal themed activities to keep the little ones occupied, from creating potato animal footprints to making your own pop-up cards.
For September, our free community stall inside at the Family Hub plays host to Norwood Carers 4 Carers, a social enterprise run by carers for unpaid carers in order to provide support for those in need.
You will find the fine folks from Norwood Action Groupat the community stall at St Luke’s by the Feast HQ stall.
You can find the Green Stalls in the Family Hub by the leisure centre at the end Devane Way.
Plastic Free West Norwoodmake a return to help spread the word about living more sustainably in the local area, plus you can find Lambeth Friends of the Earth, who work on a range of local and global issues, including single-use plastic and pollution. The Library of Things will also be there to tell you all about what they do.
All your favourite designers and makers will be at Artisans this month – be sure to pick up one of the Cupcake lady’s famous rainbow cake slicesand a bag of popcorn from Drum & Kernelas you browse!
At this hub you can also find our Tea & Talk Table, a space where older people in the community can come for free cuppa and a chat with one of our friendly volunteers.
Pernilli Salamiare back at Fresh n Green this Sunday after a break – get yourselves some award winning charcuterie!
Or get yourselves some lovely flowers from our favourite local florists, Floral Hall, who always have a stall at Feast.
As ever there’s more than enough food and drink to fill your boots with at Feast. Quench your thirst by making a pitstop at local wine shop The Good Drinker,who are running the bar at the Food Fair this month.
Hungry Feasters can also tuck into hearty salads from world food stall Comfort & Joy, or devour a mouthwatering naan wrap from Curry Cook House, or choose from many, many more.
Don’t forget that some stalls will be offering a discount if you take your own tupperware along.
This month old favourites House of Funky Junkwill be setting up shop selling a mixture of vintage clothes and unique, upcycled interiors (how cool is this Buzz Lightyear night light?).
Meanwhile you can satisfy your sweet tooth with a helping of cake from the brilliant Lovesome Cake.
Back this month is Heartandsoul records, spinning tunes in Rosebery’s forecourt.
Retro favourites ‘Old Stuff‘, will also be selling, er, old stuff, specifically beautiful mid-century and late century homeware, furniture and decor.
